FoodCare provides affordable grocery bundles and fresh food to individuals and families experiencing financial hardship.
With support from local councils, food rescue agencies and private donors, we offer practical food assistance to help members in our community who are in need.

Who Can Join?
You can join our FoodCare service anytime. Membership is available to any low-income earner holding a Centrelink benefit card or one of the following:

Commonwealth Seniors Health Card (excludes NSW/other state Seniors Cards)

Ex-Carer Allowance (Child) Health Care Card

Health Care Card

Low Income Health Care Card

Pensioner Concession Card
-
Gold and White Veteran’s Health Card (excludes Veteran’s Orange Card)
Membership
Membership enables weekly access to FoodCare. To join, simply fill in a registration form on your first visit. (please bring photo ID).
We also welcome people referred to FoodCare from welfare agencies such as Salvation Army and Catholic Care.
(For security reasons we do not advise you to send us copies of your personal information via email)
